APEX Real Estate Brokerage is an innovative Illinois Real Estate company established by Irina Allison in 2007. Since then, APEX Real Estate Brokerage has evolved into a full service residential real estate brokerage firm offering services in the purchasing, selling and leasing of real estate.

Our brokers take pride in assisting first time homebuyers with their first biggest investment, as well as buyers who have owned properties before.  We work with investors on the purchasing and reselling of single family homes as well as multi-unit properties.

At APEX Real Estate Brokerage we specialize in distressed sales (foreclosures, short sales, estate sales, relocations). We are a HUD registered broker able to bid on HUD foreclosures.

We also offer property management services for real estate investors. We offer custom, affordable and efficient property management services to property owners of single family homes and condominium rentals as well as multi-unit residential properties. 

At APEX Real Estate Brokerage our Realtors stay on top of news and area developments and we know the local markets.  We have a better understanding of the true market value of properties and can greatly assist buyers and sellers in the current market conditions. Our licensed brokers have years of experience in the areas we serve, helping you save thousands without compromising service.  We currently serve Will, DuPage, Cook, Grundy and Kane counties in Illinois.
